The Antelope Cafe property is in extreemly poor condition.  Nothing could pass inspection today and all of the infrastructure needs to be replaced and it is going to be very expensive.  I have the knowlage and experience to do most of the work, so that will help keep the costs down.  never the less I will be spending everything I have to make this work.  If you think this is a good cause please help out.
